What's on offer?

I'm moving to a different city and am looking for someone for the spare room in my modern two bedroom Haggerston flat of which I am the owner.

The flat is just 5 mins from the nearest overground station, with great links to the city centre. You would live with my existing flatmate and the move in date is the 14th of February The flat is a new build, with bills included and with secure bike storage on the ground floor. A double room is available with your own en-suite shower / bathroom with towel heater and 24h ventilation. The room is a good size with a double bed, built in wardrobe, storage etc. Washing machine, and dishwasher and appliances are also available in the flat. The flat comes with utensils though you may bring your own cookware. There is plenty of cupboard and fridge space for your use. The flat also comes with genuinely high speed internet. The neighbours are quiet and respectful, and roads to and from the building are blocked to through traffic, so it's rather lovely and quiet from that point of view too.

Who am I looking for?

I'm looking for a tenant who wants to live with a flatmate who himself enjoys a relaxed and clean atmosphere. As an ideal flatmate, you’ll like to keep clean, and enjoy heading out without bringing the party home (not that it’s possible these days anyway).

Who will you be living with?

There are two rooms and two bathrooms so you have your own bathroom / shower. You'll live with a 30 year old male professional who enjoys playing football and tennis in his spare time.
