The Apartment is a 10 minute drive into the city cente or 20 minute commute on the metro, It is only 3 stops on the metro from Media City (within walking distance), you can also walk to the trafford centre in 25 minutes or 15 minutes by bus.
I have called this home for 5 years and can honestly say I have absolutely loved it. We have a fantastic landlord and estate agency, who have been so flexible and accommodating over the years - which meant moving was never a consideration for me, as this place really is too good to be true! For the price I knew I would never get anything as nice, in such a central Manchester location.
The Apartment complex is modern and a fairly new build, the block in which this apartment is situated in is only 6 years old.
The apartment comes fully furnished, it has modern decor throughout. During the 5 years in which I have lived here, I have very much treated it like my own property so it is very clean, tidy and well kept!

The current tenant is called Nisha, who has lived here for just over 6 months. Nisha moved from The Lake District to Manchester and works within the city centre. Nisha is 24 years old, she has a lovely, caring, outgoing personality and is tidy which makes her the perfect house buddy!!
Nisha works fairly long hours during the week, she enjoys going to the gym and relaxing during the evenings but on a weekend likes to socialise with her friends and sometimes goes home to visit family!
