Wonderful House Share on Leafy Levy Street

I’m leaving my room in Levenshulme at the end of this month in preparation to go traveling. The bedroom is at the front of the house on the ground floor and is a generous size. It’ll come furnished with a double bed and mirror. Most of the furniture seen in the pictures is my own but the landlord is very helpful and should be able to source some clothes storage if needed.

The kitchen is small but functional, the lounge is spacious and the bathroom is due to be re-fitted before Christmas. The garden is a delight to be in on a clear day with a large lawn, some sheds and apple trees.

The house is in a great location for local amenities Levenshulme train station is barley a 10min walk away, as is a Sainsburys supermarket.

The housemates are all currently working full time so are in and out a bit. They are all amiable characters who will be happy to get to know you.

Bills aren't included in the rent price but are usually no more than £70 each bringing the lot in for £300 p/m which I think represents really good value for money.
