I am renting out the spare room in this two bed apartment which is situated just of st Paul's square. The best bit about this flat is the roof terrace which is great to chill out on in the evenings. I am a teacher who works in a special school in Walsall. I'm looking for someone with similar interests and can have a good laugh. Whether it's chilling in the evenings or watching some sport or series.
The room is fully furnished. The rent includes the council tax which makes it 581 a month. Bills every few months for electricity and gas. Room is available in November.
