I am currently renting a double room in a modern flat in Salford. I am moving out at the start of December and will need someone to fill the room!
The flat is located in a perfect spot, with tesco, lidl, aldi and Salford precinct a 5 minute walk away. With plenty of bus routes that can get you into town in 10 minutes! Also with a secure parking spot if you have a car.
It has one shared bathroom which is downstairs by both bedrooms, and a large modern kitchen with a dining table and an outdoor area.
We’re looking for someone clean, friendly who’s keen to hang out but also respects privacy!
The current flat mates are a young couple both 23, who are really friendly, they’re not only looking for a room mate but a friend as well.
