Large double room to rent in Lee on the Solent on Cheque Farm in a well presented house, furnished bedroom with king size bed with build in wardrobe and chest of draws and En-suite with shower also includes your own living room with Virgin Media TV and sofa, shared kitchen, utility room. £300 every fortnight for a couple or single person. We only rent 1 bedroom out, if you take the room then you share the house with us and no other lodgers.

Access to the utility room will be shared but its like a mini kitchenette with your own kettle, toaster and storage cupboards with new Fridge freezer and shared usage of the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Full use of the main kitchen will be shared but has a dishwasher, cooker and everything else you would get in a kitchen.

We only allow people to rent the room that are in employment and over 25 years old. standard employment checks are done if you agree to rent the room. You will be sharing the house with a family of 2 adults and 1 child. We do not allow pets. We have a cat and a cockerpoo. We do not allow smoking in the house.

The deposit will be £300 and will be returned at the end of renting the room.

The room will be ready around 7th March 2018.

We do not charge any extra fees or leaving fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
