Double Room in Lovely Streatham Hill Flat

The room!

My lovely housemates are looking for someone to take over my room when I move out in January!

Our flat is beautiful, a modern and clean feel but with period features, high ceilings and big windows. We have a large living room, bathroom (with bath and shower) and kitchen (with dishwasher and tumble dryer feature on the washing machine!).

My room is warm and cosy, although not the biggest, it has a wardrobe, under bed drawer storage and space for a bedside cabinet. It has served me very well for the past two years!

My housemates are lovely, Doug, Becky and Katie are all professionals who love hanging out together watching TV shows like the Bake Off (we still think Liam should have won!) with a glass of wine or playing a game of 'What Do You Meme!'. Although sociable and fun, they do also enjoy alone time, this isn't a party flat and they like their home to be quiet and clean.

The flat is located on a quiet road which is a 6ish minute walk from Streatham Hill station which can get you to Victoria in about 20 minutes. There are also frequent 10 minutes buses to Brixton, Clapham Common and Balham....and Streatham Hill itself is even getting an M&S soon!

Bills aren't included but roughly amount to £75 a month (less in the summer) and we have a private landlord so no agency fees (just a fee of £54 for a reference check).
