The flat is a clean and bright ground floor flat in a fully furnished, modern, recently redecorated Victorian house about a 10 minute walk from Brixton station.

The flat is on a quiet, residential street with a small park directly opposite. I have been living here for the past 15 months and have now bought my own place round the corner so my room is available immediately. The area is so nice and transport connections so good that I didn't want to move far!

The available room is fully furnished with a comfortable king sized bed, large wardrobe, double chest of drawers and direct access to the garden with lots of natural light. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher (bonus!) and a comfortable, spacious living room with a big TV, access to Netflix and a massive DVD collection.

You would be sharing the flat with my current flatmate – a 33 yr old professional male who is friendly, outgoing and sociable. He enjoys traveling, films and music and is ideally after someone similar who will respect and keep the flat clean and tidy.

The flat benefits from a great furnished garden with new decking, perfect for BBQ’s in the summer.

Location wise, we’re just a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride from Brixton station. Brockwell Park can be reached in just 10 minutes which is lovely in the summer. Streatham Hill station is also nearby, about a 10 minute walk away and has frequent trains to Victoria and London Bridge stations.

The rent is £840 a month paid directly to the landlord and bills come to about £125.
The deposit will be £1,150, plus administration fees for references.
