Room part 1

Welcome to the advert for our home.
The place is a three story house off a small street in the lovely Stoke Newington. The room itself is quiet, east facing and big enough to walk very comfortably around the bed with wooden floors.
There is a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers included in the room (You can choose to bring your own bed though)
The bathroom was refurbished recently and it also has a downstairs loo.
The kitchen and living rooms are both sizeable too.

Housemates

Aaron - music, art and film fan who works in the music industry.

Huw - music, food and travel fan who works in computer programming (he's cool, not a geek)

Cristina - film and travel fan who is doing a PHD in something proper clever.

All independent and do their own thing, but all warm and friendly people who enjoy each others company and occasionly go to the pub / eat together

Travel links

It's 2 mins to the number 73 bus and 15 mins walk to both Dalston or Canonbury station. Super easy.
There is also Rectory Road 10 mins away too which makes it easy to get to London Fields etc

The room is available from 7th December but open to reasonable movement in that date.

Looking for someone clean, friendly, independent and responsible.
All like a drink and to socialise, but not a party house.
Preferably looking for a female for gender balance. Age range 27-37
