Great room in beautiful, bright 3 bed flat

Very sadly my current house mate is moving out as she has bought her own place. I am Looking for a fun, nice flatmate to live in this beautiful flat with me. The flat has a large living room, light kitchen/dining room, south-west facing the garden, newly refurbished bathroom and two double bedrooms (the third is only big enough to have as a study). It is in fantastic condition, fully furnished and is lovely, bright and airy being a first floor maisonette.

A little about me, my name is Jemma, I am architect who works in Putney. I like playing tennis, travelling (just back from 2 weeks in Morocco) and having a pint or two with my friends. I am pretty easy going but would love to find a nice friendly person to live with. Preferably a girl but lived in mixed houses up to now so happy to hear from guys.

The area is fantastic, the flat its self is on a quiet road but just minute walk away is Garratt lane with lots of restaurants, pubs and shops. The station is only a 5-8 minute walk and there is a park 10 seconds away.

Not really sure what else to say, but if your looking for somewhere to feel at home not just another rental and looking for a flat mate you can have nights in front of the TV (or someone who you could go to the pub with) but you still have you own mates then I really think this is the place for you.
