This property was only refurbished in September and all the furniture is new. It is in a nice, quiet residential area. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a fully-fitted kitchen with microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, 2 refrigerators/freezers and a washing machine.
The bedroom has 1 large double bed, a bedside cupboard, a dimmable lamp, a dresser, an in-built wardrobe and a long wall-mirror. It comes with towels, pillows, duvet, sheets, duvet cover and pillowcases; so no need to get new ones!
We also have a cleaner who cleans the communal areas every two weeks. Fast unlimited broadband. Gas Heating. All bills included in rent.
You will be living with 3 other professional females: 2 nurses and 1 waitress, all tidy and respectful of others. The landlords are always prompt in fixing any issues if there are any.
