I am looking for someone to take my place in a fantastic room nestled in the heart of Cardiff. Though I am reluctant to leave, I am relocating to London for work.

The room:
It is a double room situated on the first floor, adjacent to a fully furnished bathroom. The room enjoys plenty of natural light, with pleasant views of The Parade.
The furnishings are comprised of a double bed, wardrobe, a bedside drawer and fully carpeted floor.
Wall sockets are plentiful and the room benefits from a strong internet connection.
It is spacious, allowing for some decorative creativity; make the room your own!

The flat:
The flat is less than a five-minute stroll from Cardiff’s popular Queen Street and two minutes from City Road. It really is a stone’s throw from Cardiff’s many shops, bars and cafés, with great public transport links.
The flat has a fully furnished kitchen and communal area (see pictures). These are regularly used for socialising, watching movies and sharing meals. The property has two bathrooms.
It is shared with four other flat mates. The assortment of ages (22-29), nationalities, professions and hobbies guarantees an inclusive and welcoming home, whoever you are.

Other:
The property is managed by an approachable and efficient agent, on behalf of a very considerate landlord.
The rent is £400 pm (incl. bills and council tax) which is payable directly to the agent.
