We have one spacious and bright room available in our warm and friendly professional house share in Edgbaston, close to the city centre. We're a really friendly bunch and its a lovely house. Please note that we are only looking for a female tenant as we prefer having a nice gender balance in the house. We can also only accept professionals - no students, unfortunately.

Here you will benefit from a clean, tidy, refurbished house that is perfect for working professionals in Birmingham. There are busses on your door step that take you straight to the city centre - ideal for those working or going out in the city centre. The Hagley Road is close by that has fantastic restaurants, takeaways and local amenities.

ABOUT THE HOUSE...
The house boasts a large kitchen and comes complete with a cooker, two fridge/freezers, a microwave, toaster, george foreman grill and kettle. The living area includes sofas, brand new HD TV with Sky+ - perfect for relaxing after a busy day at work.

The whole house has super fast wireless broadband so you can stream videos at ease across all devices. All bills are included in the price, so no need to worry about putting money aside. This includes a cleaner that comes every two weeks and a gardener too :)

There are two bathrooms which is fantastic for working professionals in the mornings. There is also have a huge green garden with table and chairs for when the sun is shining and patio space for BBQs or social gatherings (when its warm enough!). Lastly, there is a garage as well as off street parking.
