Hi there!

I've got a very nice double room to rent (for a single person) in a shared 4 bed flat in Pimlico.

The room is bright and cosy! It has a built-in wardrobe, double bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a desk/chair.

The kitchen has all the appliances you may need: washing machine, electric cooker, oven, microwave, counter, sink, table, plates, glasses, trays, pans, etc, etc, etc…

The location is fantastic: close to the river, 5 minutes walking distance from Pimlico Station (Victoria Line). Also access to buses 24, 360 and C10 in front or at the corner of the flat.

There are plenty of convenience shops like Tesco, Post Office, cash machine, pharmacy, Italian delicatessen and restaurants, cafes, Pizza Hut, etc. Everything less than 2 minutes walking.

The bills are included (heating, electricity, council tax, TV Licensing, Internet broadband and a CLEANER once a week). I ask the basic: one month rent in advance and one month deposit.

The minimum stay is 6 months to ensure some sort of stability within the flat. No one likes to have different people moving in and out all the time, right? If you decide to leave, just give me at least one month notice.
