Large comfortable, clean, furnished en suite room in a 3 bedroom house in Warwick. The property is close to motorway, bus routes, rail links and Warwick/L Spa towns. Easy access for Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford, Coventry, Birmingham and London Marylebone. The price includes utility bills.
I am happy to let the room to someone requiring 7 days a week or weekdays only. Rent for weekdays (5 nights) is negotiable. Its a fairly quiet household as I am the only person there for the majority of time.
I have a large dining kitchen with TV and seating and lovely garden which you are welcome to share. Your room is furnished with double bed, desk, storage and chair. The carpets are new. The room is currently being refurbished and redecorated. The en suite has loo, hand baisin and shower. There is a separate utility room and space to dry clothes inside or outside.
There is plenty of parking at the property.
I am vegetarian but it’s ok to cook meat. I would like a housemate who keeps the shared areas, especially kitchen clean and tidy. I’m quite environmentally conscious so I would find it hard to share with someone who wastes water or who goes through a very high amount of single use plastics. Apart from that I’m reasonably easy going!
