The studio is turned round, cleaned and changed every weekend for Monday to Friday lets.
There is a washing machine and airer for tenants who choose to stay in the studio.
A garden patio and furniture to soak up the sun and sea air.
We are walking distance to Avon Beach and Mudeford Quay, restaurants and pubs, fish and chips and local convenience store. There is a 15 min footpath across Stanpit Marsh to Christchurch town centre.
