Welcome to my home! It is a beautiful ground floor duplex flat refurbished by me by my own design with a particular focus on providing professional people with a wonderful secure place to live.

The house has recently been turned into a 'smart house' and has all mod cons you would expect including numerous power sockets with USB outlets for phones placed strategically around every room, a data network for hardwired connections to laptops and the smart TV's in every room as well as a wireless service. The smart TV's are connected to the network so that you access your chosen TV viewing or the internet instantly rather then the usual time 30- 60 second time lag of wi-fi connections.
In the living room you will find find a contemporary setting with a slight essence of the East. There's a 60" smart TV, comfortable four seater dining table and a separate two seater bar table and stools beside the window looking out over the garden.
The whole house has been furnished with Dwell furniture which is renowned for being stylish and modern and includes a comfortable corner sofa and footstool.
There varied modes of lighting to create ambient light to winde down at the end of the day.

I wanted to create a boutique feel to each bedroom so decorated the bedrooms with geometric colour wallpaper on the headboard walls courtesy of Cole & Son. Each bedroom has a luxuriously comfortable mattress with lovely white bedding to provide an excellent nights sleep, a smart TV, a trouser press, a hairdryer, as well as plenty of hanging and shelf space. Each room has two lighting circuits including beautiful ambient lighting switched either side the bed in both bedrooms 1 & 2.

There is a heat recovery ventilation system now installed in the house gently feeding filtered fresh air into all bedrooms and extracting moisture from the bathrooms/ WC meaning that you wake up in a fresh bedroom every day without having dust, noise or pollution from having the window open whilst keeping the house warm :0)

The mattresses are memory foam in bedroom one and sprung mattresses in bedrooms two and three.

Wash facilities are comprised of the following:
- Complete family bathroom
- Wet room with a shower and basin
- Separate toilet
Clearly, there is little chance of congestion in the morning for showering or toilet needs :0)

I've installed a beautiful garden, designed with a modernist Japanese theme with Japanese maple trees and bamboos adorning the stainless steel planters on the perimeter of the lawned area with a six-seater granite dinning table, funky red Panton chairs and a 5 burner barbeque to enable dinning outside. There is a washing line extended across the garden if you need to use the washing machine. The outside lighting brings the garden into the sitting room after sunset and creates a perfect expansive space to relax in.

The kitchen is very well equipped with a cooker, washing machine, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is a kettle.

It really is 'home from home' with all the creature comforts you are likely to need as you can see from the limited number of photographs permissible on this site and a mere 4 minutes walk from Stockwell tube station for both the Northern and Victoria lines. I wanted to create a place that I personally would wish to stay in and I hope you love it as much as I do. Coupled with this my immediate neighbours and our community as a whole are very friendly so you can be sure of a warm welcome to the village of South Lambeth :0)
