I have a room I’d like to sublet in a great flat in West Norwich, close to UEA and the golden triangle. The room will be available to view from July 19th (dates fairly flexible).

About the flat:

• Big kitchen with gas cooker, big fridge-freezer and cool high bar/ledge thing
• Big living room with TV (+Amazon Fire Stick) and upright piano
• Balcony
• Very close to UEA
• Close to Norwich's nicest green areas, Earlham Park and Bowthorpe Marshes, great for running routes and walks
• Great view over the marshes
• 15 minute cycle into town, regular buses from stop nearby
• Your room - decent size, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed, memory foam mattress, shelves, desk and lamp (see pics, all furniture included). Furniture is also optional - can get rid if you have your own!
• Small bathroom but water pressure is good!
• Fibre broadband
• Bike shed
• Plenty of unrestricted parking

About me:

• Writing my second novel
• Quiet, relaxed, easy going, creative, respectful of space
• Will mostly keep myself to myself but happy to hang out, eat, drink - or not, up to you!
• Hobbies include playing piano, writing, reading, running, dog walking and poker

Admin:

• Under 35 years old preferred
• Students or professionals welcome
• Smokers fine although on the balcony (I may join you from time to time)
• £400 p/m including bills, paid monthly
• NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED you will subletting from me so no need to be part of the deposit scheme
• No contract required, although one can be produced if necessary
• Just need: some kind of proof of income, one months rent + bills before you move in
