Superking Bed with Egyptian cotton sheets

Hiya!

I'm looking for a short term housemate (1-3 months, more possible) in my lovely house in St Clement's.

It's a fully furnished ensuite room, with a ridiculously compfortable superkinsize bed and ample storage. The shower room is compact, but with a good size shower, toilet and sink, with access to a further bathroom.

There is open plan communal space downstairs with a small kitchen, living room with log burner and sining area. There is also a small garden area overlooking the River Cherwell, Angel and Greyhound Meadows and Magdalen Deer Park.

I'm self-employed and involved in a variety of fun industries, too long to list on here! It's a sociable house, I often have diners with a broad spectrum of friends from all backgrounds, musicians, scientists, professors, circus performers, etc...

Bills aren't included, but I'm happy to discuss an inclusive price. The rent value is deliberately lower than it would normally be, as I'm keen to find the right person to have around for the next few months or more. Give me a shout for any questions!
