Looking for someone to take over my current flat mates lease (he is moving to Edinburgh for work).
The flat would suit a professional or a mature/post-grad student. The flat is beside Hyndland train station, has private parking, and is a 20 minute walk from UoG.
The flat has gas central heating and is a relatively new build, so is quite warm. There is also a dish washer, and washing machine/tumble dryer here.
The rent is £412.50 each (£825 total).
Bills are around £170. £60 on internet, gas, electricity and £110 each on council tax.
I have pretty average interests; reading, football, computer games, hill walking etc. and have a Monday - Friday 9-5 schedule.
