I am looking for one friendly person to house share with me.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking parkland which you can walk through to get to the train station within 10 minutes.

The advertised double room is at the rear of the property and has ample storage.

The house has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a modern high pressure shower and a p-shaped bath.
The kitchen is generously sized; with all the appliances you would expect. French doors lead out to a patio and lawn.

You will have full access to all communal areas. This includes the living room which has new furniture, 55 inch 4k OLED TV, PS4, Virgin Media with Netflix, BT Sport, Sky Sports and NOW TV.

You would also have access to high-speed cable WiFi broadband.

I have previously lived in house shares and understand lodger's expectations. I am considerate of others and I am happy for you to keep yourself to yourself or spend time socialising.
