An excellent well maintained large double room , with faux leather bed with built in TV .

Bedroom is furnished and has a brand new mattress in . Large double wardrobe with 2 bedside tables and a large chest of draws .
Situated in the quiet village of sapcote , but has a co-op , a hairdressers , a post office/ news agents , and a pub and constitutional club , also has a library and a church . Also has a garden centre down the road . Ideally situated and in easy access of m69 , m1 , m6 , and A5 . And within 10 mins driving distance to Leicester , Coventry , rugby ect . This is my house and I live here so I am looking for a trustworthy and clean and reliable person to share my house with and to feel at home themselves. I have a large front room with sky , unlimited broadband , a nice but small kitchen but plenty big enough . The garden is nice with garden chairs and table and catches the sun .
