House is close to university of Aberdeen . Great area to live in! Has free washing machine and well-equipped facilities. There are another two rooms were occupied by a man and a woman. Both of them are phd in university of Aberdeen. You will share the bathroom and kitchen with them. I'm sure your housemates are very nice and clean.
