Lovely double room in sociable flat in Brockley

We are looking for a new housemate to move in to our spacious flat in Brockley. We have lived in the flat for 2 years and love the place, so we're keen to find someone to replace our current housemate, who is moving back home.

It is a large double room in 3 levelled period property, less than five minutes from Brockley station, with great transport links to central London.

The flat has a big living room and a separate kitchen, two bathrooms, a study, a garden and a parking space, as well as on-street parking. The room is unfurnished but we've furnished the rest of the house, and there may be an opportunity to purchase bedroom furniture from the current housemate. The house is owned by a private landlord.

We are a couple that both work in central London and on the weekends enjoy going to the pub, local food markets and the occasional cultural excursion. We're keen to find someone who wants to be part of the flat - rather than just a lodger.
