The room is fully furnished with mattress, wardrobe and drawer. There is a private bathroom outside the room, with a bath tube. The apartment is in the modern Victoria place, in front of Great Victoria Station, and is 5 minutes walking from the City Hall.
The apartment is for two tenants. I was living with a colleague of mine, but considering he has already left, the room is available immediately. The current contract will end at the end of July.
The cost of the room is 397.5 per month, plus 15 pounds of Internet, and 10 pounds of the electricity bill. No deposit needed.
