Room in large house

Hi, I have a large home and am looking to let out a large double room. Whilst the bathroom will be shared, there is a separate sitting room to my own, lots of garden space and off road parking. There is a bus stop outside the gate, with links to tram, train and buses. I am 5 minutes from junction 27 of M1. You can walk up the lane into open countryside. I do have a small dog, and would consider a small pet if they were to get on ok! The house could accommodate occasional visiting guests by negotiation (e. g. children/family members). My three sons have now left home, but do visit sometimes. I have a large range cooker, and lots of fridge/freezer space. I am looking for someone who keeps communal areas tidy i. e. washes up their own pots, loads dishwasher and contributes to unloading! Otherwise, pretty easy going. Washing machine and all normal household facilities available.
