This house is located within a 5min walk to Tesco and the Maybird Shopping Park with many local high street favourite shops and eateries. Also, only a 10min walk from the town centre, train station and bus station for great connections.

The Property

The house is very light and welcoming with off-street parking. Every aspect has been beautifully designed and decorated. Large kitchen with a breakfast bar, complete with all the essentials and a lounge with 4k smart TV for Netflix, etc. There is a large patio area to enjoy the garden relaxing after a hard day at work with a garden shed for bike storage. The Housemates

Our tenants are in their early 20s, working in professional jobs in and around Stratford. They want to live with quiet, respectful and friendly housemates — people like them.

The Rent, Bills and Deposit

The rent includes all the cost of bills for an easier life. On your behalf, we will pay for Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water and Broadband, and the communal areas are cleaned every week. Your deposit will be protected in the Deposit Protection Scheme, (DPS). We charge £50 fee (non-refundable) to cover referencing, credit and ID checks, and a £30 Check-out fee.

About Us
