I have a 3 Bedroom Semi Detached and am looking to rent out only 1 of the bedrooms. All bills are inclusive of the £450 per month. More of a house share with access to all the house. Located on the borderline of Salford on a small private estate. 10 minutes drive to Manchester. Easy access to all motorways and buses are no more than a 10 minute walk.
Internet and free view in the house.
I have a little cat Pepper who is adorable and loves people.
Front and back garden (BBQ’s) and parking space for two cars.
Third bedroom used for storage or wardrobes etc.
I am 24, looking for someone of a similar age to move in. Sociable, love a laugh and a glass of wine and respect people like their own privacy as do I.
