You’ll be sharing with two professionals, Henry (32) and Hayley (29). They are super friendly, work Monday to Friday, laid back and very easy going. The rent is £770 per month with all bills which include broadband and Sky (with all the channels).

There are admin and referencing fees to pay of £120 and the security deposit is just £700.
