Double Room With Private Bath Penthouse

I'm looking for one or two flatmates to take over this stunning double room on a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom fully furnished penthouse, located on a recent development , on a peaceful street 10 mins walking from Wandsworth Town Train Station.

The room is spacious with a new good size bed, a massive wardrobe and a chest of drawers and on the top of it, a private bathroom (outside of the room).

I have good living & dining room with a balcony, which is perfect to watch movie, enjoy a glass of wine and having friends over for dinner.

I am originally from Germany. I work as Comissioning Engineer.

I'm looking for an easy going flatmate to join me. You will surely have your own life while enjoying doing something together sometimes.
