Looking for a 3rd Female to join us in Clapham

Location- the flat is based on a quiet street just off from Nightingale lane. It’s close to the tube station, Clapham south (Zone2) and only minutes away from the beautiful Clapham common and all of the local amenities. The flat is spoilt for choice with supermarkets all within a 10 walk from the front door- Sainsbury’s local/garage at the top of the street (2 mins), a Tesco, Waitrose (8 mins), M&S (5mins) and large Sainsbury’s (10 mins). The shops, bars and restaurants of Clapham north, common, junction and Balham are all easily accessible.



A bit about the flat- a large room available in a lovely spacious 3 bedroom ground floor flat situated c7 mins walk from Clapham south and c.10-12 mins to Balham. The flat has 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, very cozy lounge and a backyard- (Which is a sun trap in the summer). The flat is ‘officially’ unfurnished but over the years we have managed to fill the flat making it fully equipped with Sofas, storage etc.



A bit about the room- the room available is a light spacious, high celling room, with a window that backs out to the back of the house / backyard. As it’s the smaller room of the three rooms (they are all pretty spacious) so the room comes with its own Bathroom (the smaller bathroom with shower). The room has a built in double rail wardrobe in an alcove, and a stack of high set drawers. So only a bed is required + any additional storage. It has a TV/sky point so if you have a TV you can set up the sky pretty easily / we have multi room sky.



The house vibe is very chilled, everyone enjoys their own space but also not shy to watch a film with a bottle of wine or chill on an evening and discuss the day. The girls are both professional- one working in advertising and the other in property- they work in central London so are out of the house a lot of the day. The house enjoys cooking, relaxing and keeping fit

Everyone respects each other’s space and the flat is a home in every sense. It is a social house and friends do call in from time to time, but it’s definitely not a party house.
