Room available in really nice flatshare

Bedroom (Yours)

Hey!
I am done with my classes at Glasgow Uni and I‘m moving back to Germany. Therefore my room is available and we are looking for someone to move in in either June or July!
It’s a really nice, spacious and furnished room in a recently renovated flat.
There are two other students living here. Daan is from the Netherlands and is currently doing an internship in Glasgow and Michael will soon be in his last year of his Bachelor degree at Glasgow Uni.
They are both super nice, always here to help you with anything and easy to talk to!
Bills are about 50 pounds during the winter and a quite a bit less in the summer + WIFI :)

Michael also has a dog, who is really friendly! So it would be nice if you liked dogs. Unfortunately our landlord does not want a second dog or any other animal in the apartment, though, so you cannot move in if you want to bring your dog/cat.
The flat is located in a really nice area and I loved living here!
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need since we are all into cooking. We also have a coffee machine!
There are supermarkets close by, Uni is only a 20 minutes walk away and there is a train and bus station just 2 minutes away with trains going to the city center every 5 minutes.

The lease is going to last til August 2019.
