🟡 We are looking for someone who can be tidy in the kitchen, Quiet and considerate, (this isn’t a party house) and a non smoker/vaper . I would describe the current tenants as friendly, respectful, considerate.

🟡 Studio room 1 is a large fully furnished room including your own private living room with its own sofa , foot stool, lounge furniture, Long mirror, lamp, Smart tv, Dimmable lighting, Desk/table and chair stored out of sight.
Your bedroom area has lots of storage, A double bed that easily lifts up to reveal a large storage area (see photo) with a great mattress, and wardrobe. The en-suite has a powerful shower with plenty of hot water, Toilet, wash basin, electricity heated towel rail and air extraction fan.

🟡 On the ground floor we have the communal kitchen diner Which is Fully equipped, plus 2 large Ninja air fryers, microwave, washing machine, Large tumble dryer, dishwasher, Large fridge, large freezer, tv , Coffee maker, ironing boards/irons, plates, cutlery, pots and pans etc... even down to dishwasher tablets and kitchen roll are supplied, and everyone has their own Large food Cupboards.

🟡 There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway (available for anyone) plus Off street parking is free and easy directly outside. The garden has real grass, barbecue, seating, tables, and outside lighting.
