Double room available in modern house in Almondsbury. This house is in a great location for Aztec west and within very easy access to the motorway. Located on a quiet residential street surrounded by green space, this property is also ideal for anyone working from home.

• The room is on the first floor.
•There is a large sitting room, with freeview TV and plenty of seating, located on the first floor.
• The shared kitchen / diner space is also on the first floor and has plenty of cupboard space and is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay to cook yourself a meal,
• There is a utility room on the ground floor, that leads to the garden area
• Large garden space is perfect for relaxing in in the summer months.
• This house has 2 shared bathrooms (one with bath and shower, one just a shower), meaning there is never too much pressure on the communal space.
• We supply bedding and the essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, laundry powder and toilet roll, all free of charge throughout your entire stay.
• Live in house manager keeps the houses clean and tidy on a daily basis.
• The current sharers are all lovely and friendly and would be very welcoming to any potential new sharers.
• Plenty of on street parking.
• Fast wifi throughout

• £60 reservation fee to be paid upfront, remaining amount taken on arrival.
