Looking for a flatmate - new build - new furniture

Brand new, spacious, light, good travel links, car parking, walkable to Gloucester city centre, or a bus stop just outside.

THE FLAT:
Shared kitchen, living room area, all bills are included, modern furniture, large TV, surround sound speakers for aforementioned TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen - pans, pots, oven, hob, microwave. I've got an en suite in my room, so the bathroom would essentially be yours! The spare room is quite large - and if any furniture changes are wanted, I could see what I might be able to do to accommodate!

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR:
Someone around my age (24~) who a is sociable, clean and tidy young professional and all of the other things that everyone says makes a good tenant. I would ideally prefer someone who is veggie, or at least doesn't eat a huge amount of meat.

WHO I AM:
I'm a young (for now) working professional, quite laid back, likes a beer, likes to cook, avid rock climber, mostly vegetarian, and first time home owner.
