Large double room in my family home. Shared with myself, my daughter (20s) and female lodger who's been here over year.
Large house in quiet cul de sac, backing onto nature reserve.
Family bathroom, second downstairs toilet.
Large kitchen/lounge/diner with views to woods. Large garden with seating to chill out during good weather.
Garage if storage needed. Does have workout bench and punchbag, I'm a gym regular so rarely use garage option.

Your room - upstairs at front of property. Queen (sm double) bed, wardrobe, storage unit and bedside cabinet.

Open to options - fortnightly rent, weekday rentals, etc. Happy to discuss
