Rent is £1500 total, so split between two tenants would be £750 each. There is currently one Tennant but looking to possibly fill all three rooms.
If all three rooms were filled the rent would be less as split 3 ways.

Couples are welcome - but rent will reflect this. £850 for double room downstairs, £450 for attic room.

With 2-3 people living in the house bills are approx £125-175pcm depending on heating usage. (Council tax, water, gas, electric, WiFi)

One other housemate, Bec, who is 23, training to be a paramedic and does costume/ prop design. I rarely drink and do not smoke.
Hobbies include powerlifting, gym, hiking, cooking, and painting.

Bath/shower/toilet downstairs shared between downstairs double room and attic room.

Bed is available to buy for £95 from previous housemate. Desk also available to buy.

Looking for a housemate in their 20s who is sociable and also happy to do our own things, I don’t mind a bit of clutter as we all get busy sometimes- but would want to live with someone who cleans up after themselves with kitchen/ plates and keeps the communal areas clean, comfortable with friends over occasionally, up for a movie night or cooking night every once in a while.
