I purchased my modern four-bedroom home in October 2025. It features a spacious back garden with a comfortable seating area—perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

The ground floor offers a stylish, fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room, and a convenient downstairs toilet. On the first floor are my teenagers bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring privacy for guests. The entire top floor is dedicated to two generous double bedrooms, each with its own beautifully designed modern ensuite, providing a quiet and private retreat. One is my bedroom and the other is available to rent.

Even though my children are older I would prefer a female tenant please.

I have a safe off road drive way with an electrical charging point that my tenant is free to use alongside myself.

I have two cockapoo doggies who are very affectionate and friendly.
