This is an attractive and spacious place which is a cut above your average house-share or lodgings. There is private gated parking and a lovely garden. All bills are included.

You can choose between two furnished double bedrooms within this characterful and historic farmhouse.
Almondsbury is conveniently located in north Bristol near the M4/M5 interchange. Well positioned with very easy access to A38 Aztec West, Rolls Royce, Airbus, UWE, Southmead Hospital and MOD. The nearest train stations are Bristol Parkway, Patchway and Filton Abbey Wood.

Includes full use of open plan kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, dining and living spaces. There is residential broadband wi-fi 7am til midnight & TV. A gorgeous garden and space to park one car or store a bicycle. You will be allocated your own kitchen cupboard and some fridge space.

We employ a weekly cleaner for the downstairs areas which is nice for everyone although you would still be expected to contribute a fair share of effort towards communal living.
No smoking or vaping in the house or garden.
We have a small well behaved dog but do not want additional pets.

This is a welcoming home and previous housemates have often become long-term friends. Our place would suit a self-reliant and easy to live with professional. We enjoy a good standard of living and a friendly, peaceful environment.

We are accustomed to sharing our home and enjoy good relationships with our lodgers. Ideally, we prefer someone with some structure/predictability to their working week who is happy to communicate about when they will be here or staying away. We of course do the same for you. Jon stays away in lodgings part of the week for his work as an engineer. Kat works as an animator for Aardman studios in Aztec West.
