Hi. We are friendly. Reasonably quiet. Our bedrooms are upstairs so you’d have privacy.
We are away some weekends.
It is an open plan layout downstairs but the house is spacious.
All reasonable bills included. Netflix can be added free. I’m clean and tidy and ask that you keep areas you use the same.
Use of living areas downstairs. Fully equipped kitchen. Large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine etc. There is a study area. WiFi access. Happy to buy a tv for the room although I don’t watch much so welcome to use the lounge too.
Some weekends we will be away so you will have plenty of space to yourself.
Bedroom is furnished. Currently there is a queen size double with air spring lift up storage
There is use of a hot tub and BBQ outside.
We have a friendly little dog who loves company and fuss.
I also do bnb with another room.
