I have lived in Stroud for many years and have here a pleasant, detached house, in a semi rural location, approximately 2 miles east of Stroud. I shall require a lodger who is willing to socialise occasionally and work with me to enjoy a pleasant time whilst here.
I tend towards being quiet, I don't mind smokers, there is a garden here you may use to smoke and by negotiation you may use the 3rd bedroom here as a study or storage area. There is also a garage which, again, you may wish to use for storage. I have no further space to park a car but there is a layby used by residents nearby.
Bathroom and kitchen are to be shared, there is no broadband here but we can organise that if you wish.
