Double room close to the train station

A comfortable double room, available in a cosy two-bed conveniently located flat, in a quiet neighbourhood. The flat is a 10 min walk to the train station and a 15 min walk to GCHQ and 20 mins away from the centre of Cheltenham. Plenty of free off-street parking is available.

You will be sharing with me: a 38 year old sociable and friendly professional with a wide range of interests, working in the heritage and architecture sector. I travel and work away frequently, so you will often have the flat to yourself for extended periods of time.

Ideally, I would like to find a friendly flatmate, rather than just a lodger. My flat is on the second floor of a well-looked after block (no lift - sorry). It has a spacious kitchen, good size living/dining room, bathroom/toilet and a balcony.

I’ve no preference when it comes to gender, but please note that I'm gay, so you will have be ok with that, I suppose!

I will consider both longer and shorter stays. Please get in touch if interested. Sorry, no pets and no smokers. Also, please note the flat is not suitable for someone working solely from home.
