Hi, I am a 39 year old professional with a spare room for rent Monday to Friday.
There is no minimum stay requirement, I just ask for 1 month notice.
The flat is in a lovely quiet location near the Montpellier area of town (Christchurch) with plenty of parking available.
The rent includes bills.
Bedding and towels provided and laundered.
The room is not used at weekends so possessions can be left there if desired (the reason the room is only available for midweek rent is because I work from home on weekends so need the flat to myself).
