There is a spacious kitchen, with an extendable dining table that can seat 8. The kitchen/diner leads to the garden, which is great for BBQs in the summer and has a shed for storage.

Bills are included such as, 300MB high speed broadband, gas, electricity, TV license and council tax. In addition to the monthly rent there is a £15 per month charge for a cleaner who cleans the communal areas on a fortnightly basis.

There is on street parking with no permit required.
