Room to rent in 2 bed house sharing with professional female.

I rent the other room but work a lot, and am typically away a few nights a week.

The room is a furnished double bedroom with built in wardrobes, tall chest of drawers, bedside table, double bed and lovely feature fireplace.

It's a cosy 2 bedroom cottage on a quiet road but with great access to some of Cheltenham's best pubs and restaurants, great shops and coffee spots. It would suit someone working at the hospital, Cheltenham college or eagle tower as these are only a short stroll away and the property is also walking distance from Montpellier and the town centre.

The property comprises an open plan kitchen/dining room area with dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer gas oven and all the usual amenities, one end has a dining table which seats 6, a sofa and a log burner, making it a really nice area to entertain and cook for friends. Off of the dining area is a seperate living room which is very relaxing, it has a working fireplace and French doors onto the courtyard garden.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom which has both bath and shower.

The rent includes all bills, furnishing and WiFi.

A little bit about me: I'm 32, very friendly and love meeting new people. Im a professional, working full time and also studying a masters in psychology.

I'd like to share with someone who is relaxed and treats the house as a home, ideally a professional 25-40, who must be able to clean up after themselves. Short stay renters, vegetarians, week day renters etc all very welcome. I'm keen to find the right person to move in and I'm very flexible so if there's anything I can do to accommodate you and make you feel welcome just ask.
