Landlady Details:
Natasha, early 40's, work in the Textile Industry. From Hertfordshire originally but have lived in Cheltenham since 2010. I own the house and is still my official residence but am currently living with my boyfriend so only ever pop into the house once a month to collect rent, if i need to get anything out of the loft which is very rare and to sort any issues with the house.

Lisa is my very lovely other lodger who you will be sharing the house with. She's a very down to earth, humble & happy go lucky type person so very easy to get on with. Works in Winchcombe, loves to keep fit by going to the gym and loves spin classes.
Lisa is a vegetarian but has no issues with living with others who aren't! She loves to cook and for others so you can expect the offer to share or be cooked some lovely healthy food. She enjoys spending time with family & friends, going out for walks and chilling at home with a glass of vino watching Netflix.
Lisa has been a home owner so you can expect a well looked after and clean living environment!

New Lodger requirements:
The house is located in a well sought after area of Cheltenham popular with families so this is not a house ideal for party goers. This house is ideal for someone looking to live with a like minded respectful & responsible professional, who can unwind after a hard days work in a peaceful household but also someone who can enjoy a friendly and sociable living environment.
Must be someone who is willing to do their fair share of the house cleaning.

Lodgers are required to provide the following before a key to the house is provided:
* Meet with or whatsapp chat with Lisa if she's not available with me to do the viewing.
