Large ouble bedroom with gas central heating, built in wardrobes, huge sash windows and a wood stove in an comfortable regency town house. Shares bathroom and Kitrchen but additional Wc/ Shower room.

Small garden shared with 1 friendly neighbour with dog. (there is a tiny shed but no room for a bike sorry)

5 mins from town and 1 min walk from Pittville park. Parking on road or side streets - potentially via permit.

Professional, live in landlord M 33 but often away 2 -4 days during the week so would consider week stay basis. House is chilled during the week with louder nights out or mates over at the weekends. Social, tidy and respectful and would look for the same from house mates.

Looking for 6 -12 months but a bit of flex either way if essential.
