I'm renovating an unusually large, rambling property in the Lansdown area of Cheltenham with the aim of making it available to a carefully selected group of young professionals who are looking to live with other quiet, conscientious individuals.

The house will be divided into several sound-protected self-contained suites, each containing two rooms plus a private bathroom with optional large shared main kitchen and dining area. Each suite has thick walls, and the property has a driveway offering ample parking, a beautiful spacious at the rear and is only a few minutes walk to the station and town centre. Early applicants will have a say in the layout and decor.

If you do want your bathroom cleaned weekly as well as the shared spaces and you want to have complete independence with well soundproofed solid walls these suites in this shared house will be for you. Oh and have some influence as to how you want your room set out. You will be one of the first to move in.
