A double room offered on a furnished or unfurnished basis in a modern and clean 4-bedroom house. The room will be available by the end of August.

The property is located in a new development in a quiet area of Springbank, with an easy access (5min) to local shops (Aldi, Gallagher’s & Kingsditch retail park) and M5, also convenient for someone who works at GCHQ.

Your room is on top floor, it has a small free-standing wardrobe and a build-in small wardrobe, and a big chest of drawers. There is an adjacent spare room which you can use as a relaxation/mini lounge area. You will share a bathroom (shower, bath, toilet) with one more person living on the same floor. One more toilet downstairs if needed so there’s no waiting! There is a lounge on the middle floor to be shared by everyone, a spacious kitchen downstairs and a well-kept garden. We also have a garage and in general it's a house with good storage space!

You will be sharing with two other professionals (one of them live-in landlord who lives on the middle floor in a room with en-suite bathroom). We do hope you like animals as it's essential that you know there is one more member of the household- a staffordshire bull terrier.
We are sociable, like to have a good chat and an occasional drink but are not a typical party house. We are looking for a mature professional, a positive person who will appreciate this home and people who live here, and will share their part of cleaning duties as the house does not have a cleaner.
We are all open-minded and not against or sexist etc. and won't tolerate anyone who is.

Parking is normally fine on the street, never had any real issues. There is a space for bikes if needed.

The house is clean and we are all respectful towards each other. The rent includes water, council tax, internet, gas and electricity.
