Nice year old build 2 bedroom house with two onsuite bathrooms best location 5 mins from center of town.

I will be living as a neighbour at the house at the back no.4
But need access for my sportscar in the roll shutter garage on ground floor. Parking available in street.

Curtains and blinds .Two double beds ,large sofa chairs large new Sony smart tv , bt Wi-fi etc.. I am flexible and will negotiate what else you do or don’t need.

Will add more details over coming weeks as only completed purchase of no.4 recently and need a few days to move stuff and then tidy away for tenant ideally between now and early next summer.
May list on Airbnb in time although I only have experience of tenants on this site on several occasions.
